I really have been trying to post something everyday but it is hard when you are the only one writing. I had really hoped to some other folks involved with writing for this site but no else seems interested or they promise me articles and then never deliver. Analog-ville has been a ghost town reader wise in March too for some reason, I was getting about 50 people to readers a day, now I can’t crack 30. 27 or 28 readers seems to be the number, and it isn’t always the same folks because I can tell by what they are reading. I can see that but not who they are. Anybody who has suggestions on where else to link to I am open to suggestions. I would like to thank the Women in comics blogspot people, without them re-linking the articles I have submitted I would have little or no web presence outside some friends’ websites.

TNA moves to Monday!

It was TNA wrestling’s big night with the move to Monday so I decided to check out what the new kids on the block had to offer because let’s face it RAW has been less than compelling lately. I taped Vince’s show and haven’t watched it yet to see how they countered but I must say TNA came out of the gate strong with their first show. The dim-witted detectives are now making like Sherlock Holmes. The Cowboys are soccer masters but can’t handle a beer-drinking contest? One team is running on a bum leg. A Beauty Queen claims to be a soccer goal-scoring machine but has she actually got a leg to stand on? Team Big Brother gets thrown for a loop by bad GPS in taxi that might cost them. Again this ending is so big, I’m going to wait a week to let everyone read it so it is not spoiled but I’m going to talk about most of the book here. It gets my co-pick of the week for Analog because there is no choosing between Buffy and my love of JLA. They are both great. We’ll talk about everything up to that last three page of Cry of Justice but that is. Spoilers ahead and we’ll talk ending next week when I talk about fallout from this series

Analog's Pick of the Week - Buffy Twilight Revealed!

I’ve been a little light on Pick of the Week here at Analog lately, nothing as really grabbed me lately despite all the goings on of Blackest Night and Siege. Fortunately this was a great week to be a comic book fan, since your getting two picks of the week to make up for it. We’ll get to the second one Cry for Justice tomorrow, even the Justice League with it’s shocking ending must take a back seat to Buffy season eight number 33 and it’s equally if not more shocking reveal. We now know who Twilight is and I was dead wrong in my guess. For the record with all the nerdiness of the Star Trek bridge and the kidnap of Andrew I was convinced it was Jonathan back for the dead somehow with a mad on wanting the Terrible Trio to reunite to wreak havoc on the Scoobies. WRONG. Dead wrong. (Pun intended). I unfortunately didn’t make it out of the comics shop before Brain the owner blew it for me and blabbed. Thanks Brian! Seems there was a leak three months ago and a big blowup online about the reveal in this issue, but somehow I had managed to miss that. I’m sure some of you are like where have you been Mr. Analog? It has been known for quite awhile that Twilight it is... No wait. I’m not telling. The surprise is that good, I refuse to ruin it for you as it was ruined for me. So I’ll discuss part of this issue up to the big reveal and then stop there. YOU MUST BUY THIS ISSUE IF YOU ARE A BUFFY FAN! So small spoiler alert but I won’t talk about Twilight’s identity until next month.

Amazing Race week three post game

It’s week three of the Amazing Race and the cowboys are still riding high. A beauty queen is headed to the hospital. Some former Big Brother contestants are lacking some reading and comprehension skills. Two moms are about to find out how hard it is to learn the ropes. We’ll make like gauchos and roundup up some spoilers and head for Argentina.

People are too damn negative!

Life is really short, I got a reminder of that this week.
