Monday Night Wrestling Wars Pre-game

The Monday night wrestling wars are about to heat up again and I’m pretty excited. TNA has decided to move their program to Monday night to go against WWE’s RAW and to kick up their move they are going live for the first time and have signed Hulk Hogan to the roster. Now I’m not sure how much Hogan can wrestle anymore but he is certainly the biggest name in wrestling as TNA is promoting him. WWE is countering with bringing back Brett Hart which is very surprising since anybody who knows their wrestling history knows that Brett did not leave the company on the best terms.

I was much more of a WCW fan back then, mostly because of Ric Flair and Sting but I remember during the height of the Monday nights flipping back and forth to see what Stone Cold and the Rock were up to for a few minutes and then changing back to see what Hogan’s bad guy army of the NWO were doing. Since DVR is not an option for Mr. Analog, I’ll be taping one and watching the other live. This should make for an interesting night of TV for wrestling fans and should improve both products that are dearly needed. If have to watch Chavo Guerrero wrestle the midget wrestler Hornswoggle on WWE one more time, I’m going to be sick. Hopefully both roster will bring their A game and produce great shows. I’ll be back tomorrow to talk about what went right and wrong with both shows.
