Adventure Comics 5 review (spoiler?)

This will be my pick of the week but not Analog’s. I am waiting for another writer’s review to come in for a book he was so excited about it, that I made it Analog’s Pick of the Week.

Until then, I’ll say I really liked Adventure Comics issue 5. I’m not going to say much about it, but I will say who is in it ,so here is your spoiler. Since everyone wants that on every review. So SPOILER and click for more.

Superboy (or is man?) Prime returns in this issue with a certain Black Lantern Luthor. We get caught up on what’s happening on Prime’s Earth, But that’s not why we picked this issue. The story is fun, but we liked the co-feature much better starring the Legion.

In Legion, two star crossed lovers reunite,  Blok and the White Witch. Or is it the Black Witch now? The splash page of Mysa is just plain scary because we don’t know what is going on with her. She is Dark Witch Willow frightening right now. Another Romeo and Juilet come along for the ride. Dawnstar and Wildfire. This issue breaks my heart and makes me feel sad. But in a good way. Check out the co-feature, it is worth the price of the book. For people who are upset that I picked the co-feature, there is nothing wrong with the main story, I just like the second one better.

That it for this week until our other reviewer checks in.

I'll be getting it just because it's a Backest Night tie-in!
